Ever
so often a survey is carried out to discover whether the glorified
belief of male supremacy is still live and blooming amongst today's men.
One recent study says a great percentage of the young people are,
surprisingly, just about the same as in the past, that's to say in the
time of their fathers and grandfathers, although some are not
consciously so.
Similar
surveys are rarely put about to find out whether women today are the
same as their mothers or grandmothers, with the degree of feminism
proudly manifested by the suffragettes However, little details seen here
and there do offer certain clues. Details in their appearances, some
minor others more significant. With the former, the returned trend of
ultra high stiletto heels, which were all but buried for several
decades, when women began to realize that the use of them greatly caused pain and abnormality to the structure of
their feet and their spine. They began to value their health more than
the attractiveness and femininity such heels proffer. Now these are back
with great force; never mind the pain, not even health, suffer for the
sake of turning themselves into decorative ornaments.
The latter, the more significant indication of the declining feminism is the increased petitions made to surgeons of hospitals, usually private clinics, for the reconstruction of the hymen. Apparently not just by Muslim women, but by those in the western countries, like south America. With the object to offer their partners, new or old, that special pleasure some men seem to find in a virgin. That has to be a perverse obsession. How can a virgin compare better than an experienced woman if carnal pleasure is the objective? But..... Wow, virgins in high heels! What more do men want in a woman?
I
am certainly guilty of risking my health with my fondness of wearing
heels, overdoing it, I know, as I wear them everyday with nearly
whatever outfit but, never would I wear those 5 inch, almost needle
pointed heels with which most women can only totter instead of walk with
grace.
As
to the hymen intervention, I honest think there should be a law
prohibiting it. What a waste of time, money and effort, for something
that shows such ridiculous and idiotic mentality of men, and nothing
less than degrading for women.
What
about in the case of a genuine virgin, being accused by a sceptical or
suspecting husband of being a fake, now that men are all aware of the
trickery? And those virgins who had damaged the hymen in practicing
vigorous sport, other physical activities or accidents?
