When
I saw the following picture on a large bill board, still too far away
from it to read the much smaller text, my immediate thought was: that
either that poor foot was being nibbled alive, or tickled to death; in
either case involving dying a premature death! Apparently it's supposed
to be enticing because, according to the advertising text, it's a form
of relaxation, as well as reviving, invigorating, giving a 2nd life to
the overtired, overused and overlooked skin.
It
also claims to be providing 'magical sensation', using freshwater
Garrarufa fish originated in Turkey, that have great capacity of sucking
up dead skins, provoking the perfect exfoliating and peeling process.
In a short time it would generate the well known Dithranol enzyme which
is widely used in cosmetic industry for fabricating rejuvenating
firming creams. This treatment is safe and effective for all people due
to it's positive dermatological results, leaving the skin smooth,
relaxed and refreshed.
First
of all I have never heard of the Garrarufa fish, and I definitely can
not entertain the idea of my foot being nibbled away by countless little
live and wriggly fish, reminding me of Hannibal Lector, letting his
victim's watch how his own feet were gnawed greedily by hungry and
ferocious pigs!! Besides, I am also terribly ticklish!
I
also think my feet must look all right, remembering when I was with
Yahoo's 360 site, I had an Italian contact he wrote to me nearly
everyday, and begging me to send him photos of my feet!!! Never asked
for photos of me, just my feet!!!!!! So, I don't think I need any
treatment except the occasional massage which, oh yes, I decidedly
enjoy. Almost as good as lovemaking!
