Dec 21A
  • Wisdom consists of the anticipation of consequences.
  • Patience is the companion of wisdom.
  • What a folly it is to dread the thought of throwing away life at once, and yet have no regard to throwing it away by parcels and piecemeal.
  • In any kind of business or organisation, surround yourself with the best people you can find, delegate authority, and don't interfere.
  • When a man brings his wife flowers for no reason, there's a reason.
  • A neurosis is a secret that you don't know you are keeping.
  • Assassination has never changed the history of the world.
  • The truth told with bad intent beats all the lies you can invent.

  • I have yet to hear a man ask for advice on how to combine marriage and a career.
  • Your friend has a friend; don't tell him.

  • True valor lies between cowardice and rashness.
  • Why is it so hard for women to find men that are sensitive, caring, and good-looking? Because those men already have boyfriends.
