Custo
of Barcelona has designed a very eye catching sail for the boat that's
going to take part in the next Regatta World Race, coinciding and
celebrating the 134th anniversary of the popular beer Estrella Damm. The
Catalan designer Custo Dalmau has already designed a new packaging for
this beer, a aluminum monoblock to commemorate the event, as well as the
hull and a beautiful sail, with vivid floral motifs, almost 3D, that
stand out on the flaming red background.
The design is a homage to ecology according to the firm. I know next to nothing about boats. But I do love looking at their beautiful sails. This one is quite modern and outstanding don't you think?  Tags:Estrella-Damm,Sail |
