Despite what the name 'Heart Burger' might evoke, this new restaurant in Barcelona does not mean that the place is for lovers. Or yes it is, but for lovers of the highest quality burgers. Even so that's not the only reason the name implies either. The burgers in this establishment are made in the shape of a heart, as it's the world symbol of good health. All the food products served in this restaurant are ecological, from the meat itself (with only 4.7% saturated fat compared to those in other burgers of 11 -15%), to every minute little detail like the parsley, considered by most as decoration but very healthy vegetable.
There are 16 variety of heart-burgers, including one vegetarian. If burgers are not your thing, there are other food too like filet, entrecot, and most other popular courses though, naturally, heart -burgers being their star item. And, no additives nor conservative in them, but with added vitamin as well as antioxidants and less sodium, therefore benefits the heart and favour the function of kidney. At least that's what they claim.
It's not the set up where you queue up to get the burger wrapped in paper or squashed into a box. Customers are pampered with the top quality and the most attentive service from the moment they enter the restaurant, until they open the door to see you out with thanks and smile.
I am game to try. Not so much tempted by the promise of health benefits, but I am a true sucker of heart-shaped anything and it's implication of love.
