  • Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere.
  • If all our misfortunes were laid in one common heap whence everyone must take an equal portion, most people would be contented to take their own.
  • Ambition is a Dead Sea fruit, and the greatest peril to the soul is that one is likely to get precisely what he is seeking.
