Living Bridges of Meghalaya in Northeast India are an amazing example
of people’s ingenuity to solve problems, with the natural resources that
are available.
The patience and care that goes into creating a living bridge is extraordinary as it takes years for a bridge to be complete and the undertaking must be shared by generations of villagers.
